If you get into it next year and have questions on “is this thing worth it” - don’t hesitate to reach out!!! They’re AWESOME but expensive bc everything is a la carte feeling.Īlso - and don’t mean to overstep - if you’re selling digital B2B products in hub, they’re in beta of this awesome new payment links/products set up where you can create quotes and invoices in hub, but most importantly, collect payment straight through them. We’ve set up several different businesses using hubspot - digital & physical products in a handful of industries.

It’s next on my list so I’ll take a look at Tally.Ĭandidly we started with the big hubspot packages for most of their hubs before realizing we were overdoing it for most things and have more simple configuration & cheaper availability in Airtable. I’ve teetered with embedding Airtable forms in website/emails, or having a hubspot form submission that creates new records in Airtable and then we only look at Airtable records for form submissions. Thanks for the info on forms!! I run marketing and my biggest peeve is that hubspot forms are stamped on the contact, which isn’t ideal for multiple form submissions/just overall crappy practice imo. We want to pull our companies & contacts down to Airtable to do additional research work for varying departments that’s not needed in the CRM, and we have a few use cases for our prospecting that just needs a view only version of this data. We’ve decided to keep our companies and contacts in Hub and will use it for contact management/sales automation, public website, and marketing emails. Thank you!!! We love Hubspot and even started with trying to use hubspot as a database tool (with custom objects) a few years until we discovered Airtable. Maybe you dont even need it, but as said, it depends on the usecase.ĭon't fall in love with a tool that is not the best usecase. It is just worth it, and then you can check if the twoway sync works for you. Next year we will also switch to hubspot starter, to unlock more features and remove the branding. This way we can track each interaction within hubspot as well. I also create a hubspot form for each submission that can be triggered manually via as well. It involves quite a few tools, but then we always use the best tool for the best usecase (forms=tally, database=airtable, crm=hubspot). What I am doing now is setting up a tally.so form, capturing all the data (with even more beautiful forms) and then split the data to hubspot and airtable using. However we have digital B2B Products that we handle via airtable and (originally) via their forms. Hubspot is such a great tool for managing customers, sending email etc. We moved everything related to the CRM to hubspot only, as it is the best place to manage the data. We recently moved our CRM from Airtable to Hubspot, but we still use Airtable for our internal tools, as it is a perfect WYSIWYG Database (you all know why we love airtable).
